This is yet another significant improvement made by Lovense. In my opinion, Lush 2 already has a fairly stable connection. Lovense, on the other hand, redesigned the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) for the new Lush 3. Lush 3 transmits the signal even better and embraces a super stable Bluetooth connection even when it’s deeply inserted inside of you, thanks to the new PCB.
5. Less difficult to store
Lush 2 was packaged in a straightforward manner: the toy, the charging cable, and the manuals – that’s all! I’m glad Lovense included a satin storage bag for Lush 3. This minor modification makes it much easier to conceal and store this flashy hot pink toy.
6. Noise Level
Lush 2 is already a very quiet toy with a good vibration range. Lush 3 is even quieter, which surprised me. The maximum noise level of the Lush 3 is 43dB, which is 2dB lower than the Lush 2. This isn’t a huge difference, but I appreciate Lovense’s commitment to improving the Lush vibrator. As a result, Lush 3 is an ideal discreet companion for naughty public play or whenever you want some extra pleasure.
Should You Purchase Lush 2 or Lush 3? My Personal Experience
I feel sentimental about the Lush 2 because it accompanied me for 2 years and gave me tons of orgasms. It was the best egg vibrator I’ve ever had and I had a hard time saying goodbye to it. When the Lush 3 arrived, I hold it in my hand, being a bit skeptical about whether it was actually worth paying that much more for the upgraded version (The retail price of the Lush 3 is $80 more expensive than the Lush 2).
At first glance, I didn’t notice any significant differences. They are the same color, weigh nearly the same, and are as smooth as each other. The tail/antenna is the most noticeable change. The one for Lush 3 is a little more bouncy. It forms a flat c-shape by hugging toward the bulbous part. The tail cannot be formed into different shapes; it will always return to its original c-shape. For Lush, the tail was actually foldable, and I was able to shape it to various angles.I liked that function, and it’s a shame Lovense didn’t keep it. I did, however, notice more residual vibration throughout the antenna/tail. However, it is not enough to make it a dual vibrator. So, unless Lovense is willing to add another engine to the Lush, I’d rather keep the foldable tail
I activated the vibration on both toys. The strength is comparable, but Lush 3 feels a little stronger, most likely due to the fine-tuned design. It could just be my imagination, but I seem to be moving faster with the new Lush.
- In addition, I am very pleased to see the new magnetic charger. The one Lush 2 had was simply out of date. I was waiting for Lovense to take action. They finally made the upgrade. As usual, I primarily use the Lush vibrator in conjunction with the Lovense Remote app because my partner and I are in a long-distance relationship and this is how we maintain intimacy. The connection’s smoothness and stability impressed me. When I had Lush 2 inserted deep inside of me while wearing many layers of clothing (yes, winter here is very cold! ), there may be intermittent weak signals. So far, Lush 3 has not experienced the same problem. It provides an incredibly strong signal and a very stable connection. I hope this continues. I’ll keep you updated if anything changes in the coming months. The app’s functions have not changed. You can do the exact same thing with Lush 2 or Lush 3. Having said that, I believe Lush 3 more than lives up to the promise of its predecessor. However, if you buy it at retail, I believe Lush 2 is still worthwhile. Lovense occasionally offers special online discounts. During sales, Lush 3 is only $20 more expensive (rather than $80) than Lush 2. In that case, I believe it is worthwhile to pay the extra $20 for the new version. For your information, Lovense is still selling the Lush 1 (also known as the original Lush) at a steep discount. DO NOT GET THAT ONE, even if it is less expensive! Lush 2 and Lush 3 are SO MUCH BETTER in terms of quality, vibration, and connection. I am not sure why Lovense is still selling the Lush 1, probably they are just finishing up the stock.
